Emperatriz Cassava, is made from cassava, is a new genre among ultra-premium distilled and perfumed beverages, an innovative proposal that embodies creativity and deep respect for the nature and biodiversity of South America, especially Paraguay.

A Bit About our Emperatriz Cassava

Emperatriz Cassava begins its process with the careful selection of yucca (Cassava) from the fertile, red soil of the heart of South America, to then be nourished by the underground waters of the Guarani Aquifer, renowned for being the purest, sweetest, and most crystalline in the world. The process starts with fermentation aided by natural yeasts in stainless steel containers for their neutrality in transferring aromas and flavors. Empress Cassava is distilled up to three times to obtain a product with subtle aromas, velvety flavors, and unparalleled quality.

Followed by distillation and a second re-distillation in copper stills, thus highlighting the exceptional purity of the distillate. It is then macerated with a varied selection of botanicals, flowers, and fruits for 72 hours, enhancing the sweet and floral aromas and flavors characteristic of the beverage, before finishing with a third distillation that ensures the optimal concentration of these distinctive traits.

The organoleptic aspect of Empress reveals a pure and crystalline color, with primarily sweet and floral aromas such as soft jasmine and vanilla, with a final touch of caramelized coconut. On the palate, its creamy smoothness and a fruity profile reminiscent of caramelized pineapple stand out.
